Hey guys,
I guess there just wounldn't be the market for the companies to invest in making a sim for the PS3/Xbox 360...
Too bad, because it would run really well on those machines...the PS3 in particular is very powerful indeed...
I was just reading that Sony has just now brought the production costs down to a resonable level for the PS3...they are consolidating some components in the production process....and they are now able to break even on the costs to build it vs. it's retail price...
The article was saying that the original (like mine) PS3 costs about $690 to produce...and that Sony was losing $$$$ on each one they sold...[sm=omg_smile.gif]
Just somthing to think about...

What gadget don't you have ?!

That would be great if they dropped the price on the PS3... Kelly was just talking about wanting to get one the other day... (She likes the Blue-Ray player...LOL...)

I run G4 on a $1200 Toshiba laptop which is just average quality and luckily came with a graphics and sound card which operates the simulator for me with no probs... I have some of the settings set to a lower quality to help and have been pleased with it since I've had it for the past 8 months. Just some FYI for ya, if you do happen to get a new PC and preferably a desktop you won't have to spend a buttload to run G4... I almost got a new desktop from Circuit City awhile back that was only $400.00 on sale but never did, and the computer was built specifically for gaming and had the high end graphics and sound card, and would have allowed G4 to run at its full potential...
The G4 is a VERY nice simulator, and I would recommend it... I've also heard from others (including Glenn from above) that the Phoenix sim is a good one also, and doesn't require so much to run on your computer like G4 does...
Take care,
