Mobyal; something to consider is to replace the CA hinges with "Robart" which is what I have done with mine. Seems I always have a hinge or two come loose. With the weight of this aircraft I feel "Robarts might be a better choice (there is a post on this thread that covers this change. As all my aircraft at this point are in the 15 to 25 lb area, I have sworn off CA hinges. There certainly fine for 60 size down
