Giant Scale Transport
I need help, let me tell you the story. I have been flying large scale aircraft for a number of years but recently the wife did the number on me. A while back she decided that she would like to start camping as I had retired and we would have more time. Also have a dog and it is easier camping then going to hotels. Well we bought a medium size camper and a nice pickup. We also had a nice SUV that I used for the planes. Then she decided that she would rather have a sedan instead of the SUV. No problem, I can use the pickup for the planes. Then she decided the camper was too small and wanted a fifth wheel. We now have this gimongous camper and the hitch is dead center in the bed and I can't get Patty in there to take to the field.
Does anyone have any good ideas (short of burning or selling the plane) on a setup to get the plane to the field?
