I just can't believe that they would be such asses when dealing with a relatively cheap part! Especially with the economy so fragile and people not having the extra money for "hobbies". You would think that the one thing that you would want to do, above anything else, is to give the absolute best support you can to your customers.

Yes, espessially with an almost new RTR.
BTW, I'm happy it is a RTR, otherwise they probably would have blamed me for putting in too much power.
