I think someone did an experiment with toner, he wet the balsa with acetone and pressed the paper onto the wood, the toner transfers to the wood perfectly, if it wasn't acetone then it was laquer thinner. You have to give it a sample of times, try it for 5 seconds, 10 seconds, and so and so on, if it does work, then your good to go, I just print off templates and spray adheasive them to the wood and trim them out, the printer will always make the same size everytime. I guess the transfer method would eliminate glue and give the plane the sig craftsman series feel, cut the printed lines out building.
