I too, had a good experience with them. I ordered my plane on the "Black Friday Sale". I did the order around 9PM Fri. By Sat 3PM I had a PM that my order was recieved & I would be getting a tracking # shortly. Sun. afternoon I got my tracking # & expected delivery date. (The next Thurs.) I got a notification Mon. from UPS stating the same. I thought, wow, this is too good to be true. It was,it took another week after that before I had to go to the UPS office & PICKUP the plane. It seems UPS, yeah, UPS had decided to change one number in my home address ( I have no idea why), therefore they couldn't deliver it. Duh, I called them 3 times & gave them the correct address, they still couldn't find me. Anyway, I got the plane. It was "as good as it looked on their ad. Everything was there & in great shape, the covering was tight as a drum. Even the instructions( which I read through,looks good).As with ALL ARFs, I will go over ALL glue joints thoroughly. Will I buy from them again? YEAH!!!!!!!!
