Simulators are okay, good for getting to know the orientation issues with flying RC, as the plane is coming toward you, you would push the aileron or rudder stick into the direction of the low wing, and as the plane is going away from you its like your sitting in the cockpit, just move the stick to the desired bank angle and fly.
