Try removing the crystals and switch on manually.

Also, pls check that in the controls menu, you selected transmitter instead of joystick for aircraft 1

Tried all the above still a no go. Crystals were already removed, power on Tx, Controls menu is Transmitter Aircraft One.

No Tx detected.
