I agree. I don't know about their other kits, but the manual for the LT-40 does NOT have a copy of the plans in the back. I don't know what harm it would be to make it available.

Heck, you could almost make your own Ultra Sport from downloading the manual from Great Planes. The image at the back of the PDF is of a pretty high resolution.
