Thank you very much for all the information. A few guys told me that the antenna didn't have to be up with an FM receiver, but it just occurred to me they were all airplane guys and on an airplane it doesn't matter because its "up"in the sky, already.

I have the throttle set so I can manually kill the motor from the radio, and I am working on setting the failsafe, but I don't know how to do that. I have downloaded a manual for the radio, but it has no information on a failsafe, and there is no manual for the receiver. ( Airtronics 92836 )

I'm getting closer tho....
