Ive only just started flying helis (raptor 30) and have now done 3 tanks full in total since building it about a week ago, so my hovering is really bad but i am getting better.. and feeling more confident every go!
So far wind hasnt dropped below 10mph and and gusts about 15mph but i am getting used to it but it does give you a rush when it suddenly decides to go up 20ft cose of a gust.. but so far i havnt panicked and have just notched down a few clicks and down she comes nice and gental... Infact my instructor get more panicky than me... but so far hes only grabbed the control once )
But what does bother me is the way tail weather-vains (so next purchase will be a HH gyro..

Weather forecast for tomorrow is 5mph so will be a real treat for me.
