The new Ryobi's have a cast on shroud that must be cut away. The Hub and mount were less than $40. You have to buy a resistor spark plug also. the props are up around $15.

I bought the engine new in 1985 and used it as a weed whacker for many years.

I did several of these back about 8 yrs ago. I did two McColloch 32's, two Homelite 30's, a Weed Eater 21, and a Homelite 25.

People gave me the weed whackers except for the Weed Eater and it was sticking up out of a trash can along the side of the road.
