The ailerons and flaps use Robart Hinge points so I had to fabricate blocks to support the hinge points. I started with a 3/4 inch square piece of balsa and laminated a piece of 1/4 x 1/2 hardwood to 2 opposite sides making a "T" shape. I then cut 1" long pieces of the assembly and glued them in place with Titebond after marking the hinge point location. I also tacked the servo trays in place with CA. After this all dries I will use epoxy to reinforce the hinge blocks and add supports for the servo trays.
