RE: Starving the engine of fuel vs blocking the muffler
Cant agree more, as even when you run the tank dry or pinch the fuel line, lube will still coat the engine for a couple thousand more RPMs (I thing) before it is dry metal on metal. And with synthetic lube, the lube coat can last just a little longer (or more).
I am curious, where the heck do all these superstious misinformation come from concerning pinching the line or plugging the stinger?
