Default Wha' Da' Ya' Thunk???

>>>>>>>>>>The standards for the EVP position take a new avenue. Anyone being nominated will need to fulfill the requirements, regardless of how many nominees there are. The position of the EC is that the EVP office has grown and become something that is different than it once was. If you note in the EC minutes the number of times the EVP must do research on financial issues, such as taxes, there seems to be only one other option.

If there NEEDS to be a change in the EVP Qualification Requirements then simply comply with the Bylaws Change Procedure and CHANGE THE BYLAWS. Let the Leader Members make that decision as the Bylaws so state.

To attempt to run this in with a Standing Rule is a flagrant violation of the Bylaws of which you appear to be content with.
What research does the EVP really do other than hire lawyers and parrot the paid auditors statement from a year ago? H-LL, I never thought of that kind of expensing when I said that if I found something beyond my abilities to properly contend with, I had a number of others from which to seek advice. Guess I should have said, "I'll take your dues money and hire outsiders to do the job." Seems to be what you all wanted!!! And you got it.
One other thing reference nominations, JR you were simply one of about 20 or so+/-.

And NO, JR, I don't have any thing to repeal as the information you have supplied is at best totally wrong and off-track. You don't have a clue.
