Isn't the motor in the Stryker an inrunner? I could be wrong about that. I do know that the motor in the corsair is an outrunner so it may not be a simple swap. Changing the motor direction is no big deal (just swap any 2 of the 3 wires) but mounting it may be another story.
If you want to hop up the Corsair, something like an E-flite 480 outrunner is a fairly easy modification.
