RE: Great Plains Extra 300 S build
I am contemplating building this model myself. I have a partially completed kit and was wondering how well the airplane flies. from what i have read it flies well. I have a .18 CC converted Ryobi weed eater engine that i would like to put in it but i am not sure if it will have enough power. what do you guys think?
and just for grins and giggles i thought about using marcus shrenkers color scheme. His extra 300L is parked at my local airport so i have a unique oppertunity to get the scheme correct. It is a beautifull airplane BTW.I have seen him fly it, I must admit he is good. To be honest seeing that airplane fly is what has me thinking about finishing this kit that i obtained in a buy out deal. thanks for any input.
