Again, you ASSUMED the search object was to be out of line-of-sight (often not the case in real life, just not easily detectable by the naked eye) and ASSUMED he knows nothing of restrictions or camera requirements.
Why yes I did... a VERY SAFE assumption given the words "SEARCH AND RESCUE"... you can search and rescue victims w/o flying equipment if they are IN the line of sight..
What is your point though?

Some of your assumptions may bear fruit but are not based upon facts in evidence in the original post.
Except for the request for info on the IR camera & SR&R, there are no other "facts" in the orignal post.
So if I "assumed" something, what's the problem?
