Well, the lock out is a good option for locking the drive train for better wheelie performance, In fact I used to recommend it just as Dan has here. However, experience and testing has proven that using 500,000wt diff fluid inthe center works the same effect and is easier on the drive train components.
The lock block creates a solid connection between the front and rear drive shafts and diffs, thus causing an emense amount of strain on the drive shafts, bevel gears and output shafts, so much so, that you will see a significant amount of accellerated wear as wellas easily broken parts.
The 500,000wt diff fluid is kind of like a shock absorber to the drive train and ease that kind of strain. Better choice!!
