Yeah I locked the rear diff and I put on some plastic rings, now it is very easy to drift.
Try and find a one-way diff for the front. They're a little expensive, but it gives your car an "e-brake" effect when you start into a corner. On larger tracks, I usually try and use locked diffs in the front (not the one way) and rear, because sometimes my one way puts me too sideways to complete longer sweeps. The one-way will help with tight technical track set ups.
