The way I have settled on after hmm...well many wing panels, is center hinged with CA hinges. If you do it that way, you should have no aileron differential whatsoever, and it's light and easy. if you're covering the wings, seal the bottom gap line with monokote, and if painting, use clear mylar tape. I haven't heard of a failure yet and if there's an easier or lighter method, I'd love to hear about it.

Top hinging is definitely pretty, and can be done, but MAY pick up some differential. That's a thick wing and the gap on the bottom will be pretty sizable when you're done.

It's one of those "whatever you prefer" things, that's just my preference.
