I think the only way you are going to reach 60mph is with a brushless conversion. MMM 2200 on 6s lipo could get you there... BUT I'd go with something lower kv and more voltage. 60 for a MT is similar to 110 for a touring car. It's possibe, but it takes a whole lot to get there.
