It's difficult to compare FSOne with a real helicopter because in a real heli, you always face on the same direction that the heli is flying.
Now, compare to an RC heli, it's close, specialy with an Helectric heli.
I have FSOne and I think it's a good simulator, if you have a good computer.
I just wich I could connect my JR XP8103 to it.
