Also never put thread lock on any servo arm locking screw ( i could never quite work out why people do this) that goes into a plastic set of gears. It attacks and weakens the gears and the servo fails.

Never put thread lock on metal geared servo's either,normal star washer is sufficient, you try drilling out a servo screw from a Hitec 5955, not imposible but very difficult and time consuming.
