Do you have a pic showing where you tapped your case for the nipple?
You tap into the channel that carries the pressure pulse normally, but is blocked by the carb rotator block. There is just enough room to install a brass nipple on the cylinder. In the picture it's top center toward the back, it loops up and over to a nipple I installed on the carb plate that is held on with the big screw. The thin steel plate is tapped for a brass nipple, the that line is ran to inside of the fuse for static air pressure.
