RE: Then there was this
"The battery 2600mah ni mh. First charge was full day at 0.2amps. Second charge / cycle was a discharge @ .10 and charge at .7amps. This process only took 3_4 hours."
There is no way you battery could of been fully charged ?
To fully charge a 2600mah from dead flat at .2 of an amp would take about 13 hours plus say 3-4 hours for loss, so longer than a day ?
if you then discharged at .10 and back up to 'full charge ' all "in 3-4 hours" there is no way that you pack could of been anything like fully charged ?
Ive made a similar mistake myself, I had a faulty pack that my delta peak charger was indicating was full, it was not (I found out later the the metal of two ajoining cell cases was touching( the cell casing is generally neg) meaning that one cell was getting by passed during the charge process) sure enough my onboard monitor was flashing in the red when i worked the servos, I just thought "those monitors are rubbish" sure enough my rx locked out for several vital seconds, I was lucky to be able to land a beatifull 25% Zlin 50L in one piece.
