Oops, meant to add some notes about the pictures. The rear wheels on the older Gurney car are cast magnesium and the axle is tapered. The Testors/WenMac rear is hex. The front axle on the Gurney is smaller diameter. The wheels on all of the Testors cars are molded nylon, and hold up pretty well.
