I haven't checked all your calculations (!) but you certainly seem to have the principles right

Just as a kind of sanity check, 2200kv works well for me using 120cm wheels and 2s or 3s (2s=pretty fast, 3s=OTT but fun). To get exactly the same speed using your wheels (87cm diameter, right?) I would theoretically need a KV of: 2200 x (120/87) = 3034. So your calculation of about 3000kv sounds entirely plausible to me [8D]

There will be some loss in speed from friction, wind, etc, but 57kph sounds pretty fast to me if you want to keep control
