I got the nosegear mounted today. Not easy to fit 4 blindnuts under the tank in the fuse, but i got it done.
Spot glued the support on the angled block, then marked the holes, and now its mounted.

it actually look so much better than the pianowire gear supplied by top flite. Even without any detailing done the the strut yet..
