Difficult with a small picture and such a poor angle with the wing in the wrong place like that. It is not a combat airplane (since you posted in the combat forum) Some sort of genaric trainer with tail shapes similar to Jr Falcon. Are the floats plastic if so they appear to be Gee Bees which are not all that desirable. What is the engine? It could be an MDS with that black head which are excellent sea anchors.
