We had a deli for a while that made true NJ style Pizza, though they were from Longgg Island and insisted it was NY style
.
It was great until the wife ran off with the refrigeration guy and they went outta business[&o].
Now if folks outside of the major Metropolitan areas could just grasp the concept of real bread, and that a sub roll is not an oversized hot dog bun[:'(]
Man a pork roll and cheese on a hard roll would be great about now
