I fully understand your frustration and i would be frustrated as well. I hate to blow my own horn here but i run a small rc business mostly internet based and i would never treat a customer like you have been treated. We stand behind our products and ship in a timely manner. Sure, we have inventory issues from time to time but always work with the customers to let them know the status of their order. This is not a sales pitch, the point is, caution is needed but there are good companies out there too.
