Heres what I do when I get cheated out of a long service life from a model.

I sit and wait for the sales or deals of the same thing. I have all the hardware already, the second one has to be cheaper.

My thinking is smash as little cash as possible. I have ready to assemble turbine models (with scale retracts, BVM F-16) that I have purchased, that have less cash in them than some of the arfs out there.

Remember, all these models (99%) come out of China. Its not "you get what you pay for" as much these days as," someone gets your pay".

Patience, and research the net.

I rarely sell hardware, I reuse it.
