One reminder (because this has been said before, but you may not have read it). When you do CA them in place, as Minn said, do them all on the surface you are working on at one time (one at a time.. that is.. ) but the instructions may or may not say.. 5 or 6 drops of CA on each side. Do the top or bottom first, flip it over and to the other side.

Then DO NOT.. repeat.. DO NOT re-apply CA. Do the 5 or 6 drops all at one time, then turn it over. Once you do one side, then the other, leave it alone. The CA will wick in and do it's job. If you re-apply CA, it will cause the hinge to become unbonded with the wood which will definitely causey you problems at the most inopportune time.. yeah, while flying!!
