Default Masking

If you want to try electrical tape for masking, get some 3M, #88 "AllWeather" tape. It's usually only available at large electrical wholesale outlets that sell to Electrical Contractors.

The 88 tape is a different vinyl blend than standard electrical tapes, and is EXTREMELY flexible.

Before use, use your #11 hobby knife to cut a wiggly line down the center of the 3/4" roll to create two rolls of 3/8" tape......the wiggly line is so that you can tell the straight side from the wiggly side when laying out the work.

Yes, I did work for 3M at one time, so I know this works.
