Some time ago in this topic I posted a youtube link with a similar device, please check. I used a thing named "USB Ultrasonic Vaporizer". There are also on the market some bigger vaporizers but I choose this USB version for the low battery drain. A picture with the vaporizer before the extraction of inner circuits:
