Yes....sort of.....

I installed a Tiger-Drive backplate on mine. However, you need the Roto-start to rotate in the opposite direction than normal (easy re-wire) and you need a hex shaft vs the dog-bone roto-start shaft. I made mine from an allen-wrench.

Ooops....came back to edit......the reverse roto-start is for the 90 Deg Tiger-Drive and that's what you need in say a NTC3. If you have room for an in-line Tiger-Drive, then you don't need to reverse the roto-start wiring.

Anyway, here's the chart to match Tiger-Drive P/N to engine:
