i have 5 gallons on my D8 and nerver had any cvd's problems and no problems at all with the buggy.. i did worked on the rear lower susp arm and the rear hubs when i put the buggy together back on sept/08..
note: the rear hubs have a guard above and around the the axle and it needs to be cut at the ends to prevent the hub to touch the solid webb at the end of the lower susp arms when the susp is fully compressed... the same plastic webb needs to be shaved to prevent the axle to make contact with the webb.. ( when the hub and the lower susp arm makes contact.. it puts too much pressure on the cvd's )
