Uncle Joe has adapted to our 80d weather quite nicely...Too bad you guys did not get to see his EDF F-4 fly back there in Philly. This thing really has some poop. If he can get some more flight time (only 4mins now) it will be awesome. Right now its a little hectic with such a short clock. There is no lack of power so maybe Joe can add more batts?? not sure how that works in the EDF world.

It was a disappointment that the F-4 wasn't quite ready for LBJR. Everyone recognized that this was going to be a great flying jet. The Technical Achievement award was well earned by UJ!
Hopefully, Uncle Joe will bring it back East or I'll get a chance to hook up with you guys at your field someday. I did a Mapquest on your field address that was in a previous post and saw where your field is located. A couple of years ago, Cindy and I were on a motorcycle trip and rode from Wickenburg to Phoenix and went past the field. We'd both love to come back to AZ, especially when it's 20 deg. here.
