Geese, I'm not doing very well this year. I just blew up my HBKII. I hit an end table with the mains and it scattered stuff all over the place. I was testing a Copter X tail unit with T-Rex tail rotors which in the very short time I had with it, was AWESOME! The tail was completely locked in but just a hair out of trim when I just dumb thumbed it into the table. The end $$ will not be nice. I've got it 75% disassembled and the carbon blades are gone, tail blades gone, feathering shaft toasted, main shaft bent, flybar bent, smaller parts to be inspected. Dog Gone! I have to say I was smiling ear to ear before it hit so I can't complain. I love this hobby. Looks like Michael @ UShobbysupply will be getting a call. I hate this because it was flying so well, now I'l be starting all over again[:@] I've got two crashes for the year, I think I'm in the lead[

Darnnit Jay...just when it was dialed in too. Two crashes in a year...you're WAY ahead of the game here (LMAO). JEFF...I've had the commonsense R/C batteries, got nothing good to say about them. I'm running a Danlion 3500kv in my 450...I like it very much. Runs cool and has LOTS-O-POWER. Also running a UBEC and 40a OPTO ESC.....I hate wearing out batteries and motors so I try for the optimal setups. Just did a test on my EXI-450 tonight and it runs cool and VERY SMOOTH. It's so stable, I even pull off nose in's in zero wind because it about hovers it's self....I'm VERY impressed with it to date.
