Look at there support forum. There is actually a couple guys that will defend them no matter what they do. In this case they would probabaly say you flew it you bought it. Or that you need to be an experienced builder to build an ARF from Nitro. I try to get people attention on that fourm as I also bit on the cheap prices when first starting out and did not know anything about Nitro just had seen there ads which are no where near correct most times.
