1)Make sure you purchased a CMP and not a knock off from Nitro , they carry both
2)If its CMP , google the main site in China , contact Jackie , tell them your story
3)Start a new Post as the the distribuors name in your post example-Bad servace/bad plane CMP Texan
4)report this plane to the AMA , there were many sold , they need to get the word out to clubs , these plane are big and can be dangeous with that weak midsection
5)Hopefull- Jackie at CMP will make this right
