A fellow brought a Saito 80 with a throttle like this to me. Best I could figure was that the body was hit from behind and bent.

I put rubbing compound on the barrel and spun the barrel in the carb body to free it up,


There's no travel stop screw on my 150. Just a barrel retainer screw
