Back in the day (before I decided to take the shape of Jabba the Hut) I stopped flying models so that I could receive aerobatics instruction in a Decathlon. I could not afford to fund two hobbies. I'm here to tell you that when the adrenaline's flowing, you can bet the cash is flowing as fast if not faster. If you don't think someone could spend 10k and up on a model, you just don't know what it takes to make some people happy. Heck, I did not give up on recreational drugs because I wanted to- I just couldn't afford to cut back on my plane budget to get the money!!- Frank
