The easy way to tell if yours is the older one is on the EX the fus had some fibreglass reinforcement inside on the sides at the wing LE point and I think the wing was fully sheeted, havn't got my wing to hand to check, but I think that is correct, I tried retracts on my one and did not have enough ground clearance for our grass siteadn they seemed too flimsy and I went back too the carbon UC.
