That looks like the Sea Hawk from the GEE BEE line. This was my first airplane but it never recieved much flight time. It landed on the ground hard several times and then I added 6 inches on to each wing tip and then I could fly it well. It would be a great second airplane or at least get some help flying it if it is your first. I added wheels to fly off grass. I never did use the floats except to fly off snow.
