It sure sounds like it is not seeing the signal, but it is really hard for me to evaluate! I do not have the new product yet,,, I am placing an order next week so by the end of March I will have the new product! If you want the new product and get in on the early buy you will get $25.00 off of your order if you get in on the Early buy!
