I try to use Robart hinges for everything. My new Ultra Sport 60 has them on all surfaces. I recessed the hinges in the ailerons and made tunnels with the wing TE sheeting. Looks like a great way to get a good seal and smooth airflow over the surfaces. The Robart hinges make it all work smoothly.
