I just finished my Ninja and have been flying it from a hi start as we don't have a lot of slope locations here in Oklahoma. If the wind is 10 mph or better it flies great. Even thermalled it a little. Very strong thermals that day. I find the roll rate a little slow but I don't have any differential in the ailerons. Found I couldn't get the throws recommended in the manual with the servo wheel I had. Differential may help. Any thoughts? Also I find that 40% expo is not too much. JR xp662 radio. Smoothed it right out. Was way too sensitive before expo. Also if any of you decide to fly one off a hi start it can handle a hard launch but you have to have a stiff wind 10mph+. And don't feed in too much up elevator or you will find it on the hook but pointing straight down. Almost lost mine trying to feed too much elevator. Also you need to build it with the rudder and fly the rudder on the way up and you will get a good smooth launch. Still looking for that slope in OK.
Any thoughts?
