My Suggestion: put the trailing edge back in place with some tape and use slow curing epoxy to glue it thru the servo openings. before doing this you should add some wood blocks for the hinges (robart type) and finally add liberal amounts of epoxy mixed with microbaloons at every fillet and even at the leading edge of the wing.

Some balsa bracing with the wood grain perpendicular at those broken ribs will solve the problem.. you´ll end with a much stronger wing without a significant weight increase.
